1. Establishment of a cultural-educational center comprising of a public library, reading room, and translation section equipped with preaching facilities.
2. Computer literacy and orientation programs (including English language).
3. Publication of a monthly educational magazine for student and scholars.
4. Construction of a commercial complex to provide a permanent income to run these programs.
